CTLA aims to meet the need that public transport leaves unmet.

We are an award-winning registered charity with over twenty years’ experience of serving the community. CTLA is sustainable only with support from the public, local authorities and other grant funders. Based in Newhaven at the Hillcrest Centre, our customer advisors are available from 9.00am – 4.00pm Monday to Friday, every day, except bank holidays.
