Lewes District Council (LDC) are seeking the views of traders, residents and other stakeholders over their updated guidance for street trading in the district.

The draft guidance sets out how applications for street trading consents should be made, how they will be processed and how LDC will consult over them. The guidance also sets out what LDC will consider when determining applications and sets out the standard conditions that will be attached to street trading consents when granted.
