Common Cause runs the Lewes Farmers Market, established in 1998.

It is a not for profit social enterprise. Market stallholders sell locally and sustainably produced food and land based crafts and must meet our strict criteria for high animal welfare standards, produced in Sussex, and use of local ingredients.

We also support small scale and emerging food businesses, providing a platform to test and try their products.

Lewes Farmers Market run on the first and third Saturdays of the month in Friars Walk Car Park.
